Patient Safety Protocols
Welcome to Liftique, a premier Plastic Surgery facility and Medical Spa in Newport Beach.
With 5000 square feet of office space and 8 exam rooms, we aim to minimize patient to patient contact while in our office. As we re-open our practice, following local and national guidelines, we want to inform you of the precautionary measures that we have taken to ensure your safety as well as the safety of others.
*During these unprecedented times, we have made all consultations virtual so that if you do not feel well, you can call and post-pone your appointment without any concerns.
**All patient forms are digital, and we have you complete them prior to your visit.
*All patients will be called and prescreened for any symptoms the day before their scheduled visit.
*We also have no contact payment, so our office will keep your credit card on file in our HIPAA secured software so when you purchase treatments or products. There is no contact for payment exchange.
*To limit the number of people in our office, we will not allow patients to bring children, friends, relatives, or significant others to their appointments.
*Upon your arrival at our open parking lot, please call the office (714) 422-3199. You will be greeted in the parking lot by a staff member who will take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer.
*Before entering the building, please be sure to wear a mask.
*Upon arrival into our suite, please wash your hands in one of the restrooms located to the right or left of the elevator.
*At check-in, a staff member will escort you to one of our 8 examination rooms. We will have no one waiting in the reception area.
*All appointments will be staggered such that no two patients will be in contact in our office simultaneously and we have ample time to sanitize and disinfect all surfaces appropriately.
*We will have a separate exit door then our entrance to avoid patient contact with other patients.
*We are offering virtual appointments for all patients. This includes surgical consultations, skin assessments, pre-operative appointments, and post-operative appointments.
